Husqvarna Continues Clutch Development Partnership with Rekluse
Rekluse is proud to continue its longstanding technical partnership with Husqvarna Factory Racing working on key clutch development throughout its different disciplines racing.
Time flies when you’re going fast, which is why Rekluse is thrilled to already have seven years of working Husqvarna Factory Racing under its belt. Dating back to the 2017 Supercross and Pro Motocross season, Husqvarna has been a key partner in helping Rekluse test and develop its next-generation performance clutch product for customers everywhere.
One of the unique aspects of Rekluse and Husqvarna’s partnership is its span across various segments. Husqvarna has its hands it many off-road sectors, including Supercross, Motocross, Enduro, GNCC, Hare and Hound, Rally, NGPC, and other disciplines. Each of these racing segments present unique challenges, presenting the perfect proving ground for developing a versatile lineup of clutch systems and components.
Husqvarna Factory Racing has played a key role in proving Core technology, the manual slave cylinder, TorqDrive technology, EXP technology, and plenty more. Many iconic Husqvarna factory riders will be flying the Rekluse spider logo on their clutch covers throughout the 2024 season, including Malcolm Stewart, Christian Craig, RJ Hampshire, Luciano Benavides, Kay de Wolf, Dalton Shirey, and Billy Bolt, to name a few.
With an extension to this successful technical partnership, Husqvarna Factory Racing will continue to utilize Rekluse products in all forms of competition in 2024, enhancing the performance of the Husqvarna racing machines.
Alison Kelsey, General Manager for Rekluse, commented, “We’ve enjoyed a great relationship with Husqvarna Factory Racing for many years and it’s really exciting to be continuing with our partnership through 2024. The team has delivered championships and race wins in many different disciplines, which is fantastic for us as it proves the versatility, durability, and performance of Rekluse products. Looking ahead to the new season, we’re behind the team 100% and we are sure that it will be another successful year of racing.”
