Introducing New Patented Fixed-Pin Hub
Fixed-Pin: Redefining Clutch Hub Function and Durability
Traditional hub designs use machined grooves to retain drive plates, commonly causing notching inside the grooves during normal use. Eventually, this leads to hub replacement. Fixed-Pin is a patented new hub design exclusively from Rekluse that uses steel-on-steel contacts to retain the clutch’s drive plates, eliminating notching and the performance degradation that comes along with it. As an added bonus, it also provides a noticeable improvement in clutch modulation and control riders can feel at the lever.
Core Technology = Billet & Forged Components Designed for Durability
Rekluse’s Core technology is the foundation of our premium clutch systems. Machined in-house from aerospace quality billet aluminum, Core components are engineered for optimized strength and oil flow, allowing your clutch system to last longer and perform consistently through reduced operating temperatures, even in extreme conditions.
What’s Considered Core?
– Inner Hub (including Fixed-Pin hub for V-twin)
– Pressure Plate
– Clutch Basket
– Clutch Cover
Engineered to Increased Oil Flow
More oil flows through the clutch, decreasing operating temperatures. Decreased temperatures decrease fade, making your clutch pack last longer.
Core Technology is Found In:
– APEX
– RadiusCX
– Core Manual TorqDrive
– Core Manual
– Core EXP 3.0
