Honda RedMoto Enduro Team Starts Season Strong
BOISE, Idaho – Feb. 26, 2018 – The first round of the Italian Enduro Championship was this weekend in Passirano, Italy. The team encountered snowy conditions for the sprint-style race, which consisted of five special tests that were repeated four times. RedMoto’s three riders, Davide Guarneri, Thomas Oldrati, and Emanuele Facchetti, each had strong showings.
Davide Guarneri won the 250 4T class aboard his new CRF250R Enduro.
Thomas Olrati had a great Saturday night. He took his CRF450RX to 1st place in his class and 1st place in the overall standings. A 2nd place finish on Sunday brought him 5th overall.
Emanuele Facchetti crashed while he was running in 2nd place in the Junior “Under 23” class, pushing on to take 5th place.
The team’s next race will be the first round of the World Championships on March 17th-18th in Finland.
