Kaven Benoit Wins MX2 Championship Title, Rekluse® Clutch Equipped
Walton, Ontario Canada (August 18, 2014) – Rekluse rider Kaven Benoit has won the 2014 Rockstar Energy Pro Nationals MX2 Championship aboard his Royal Distributing/Fox KTM. The Quebec native put in an outstanding performance leading the points chase all season long with 3 overall wins and 6 second place overall finishes.
Benoit’s Championship is very exciting for Rekluse. It’s their first National Motocross Championship win as a company which reflects their continuous innovation, dedication, and hard work required to produce motorcycle clutch products that exceed the demands of the world’s fastest athletes.
“This championship is the culmination of a great racing program at Mongoose Machine and a great product developed by Rekluse Motorsports,” states Kevin Kinrade, Rekluse Canada Race Team Support Manager. “When KTM Canada and Kaven Benoit chose to run the Core Manual Clutch for the second straight season it proved that pro riders wanted to race with the product. Now we have shown that pro riders are winning with this product. Though this championship was a long time coming, I am excited by the fact that this is just the beginning.”
Benoit and his teammate, Tyler Medaglia, use the Rekluse Core Manual™ clutch to tame the rugged terrain comprising the Canadian Motocross National Series.
