Honda RedMoto Zanardo Season Update
Boise, ID USA (July 14, 2015) – It has been an exciting World Enduro Championship season so far for the Honda RedMoto Zanardo team, Rekluse’s official partner. Under the management of Franco Mayr, the team has posted some impressive results in the 2015 Maxxis FIM Enduro World Championship series.
Team rider Alex Salvini (#9) contests the E2 class aboard his Rekluse Core Manual equipped 2015 Honda CRF450R. Each round consists of two races, and Salvini has reached the podium 100% of the time in twelve consecutive races. He is currently ranked second overall with 191 points and his top finish so far this season was a first place finish at the GP Polisport of Portugal on May 9, 2015.
Alessandro Battig (#83), the second team rider, competes in the junior class of MX2 aboard his Honda CRF250R. Battig started the series off with a first place finish in race two of the first round at the GP of Chile and has enjoyed a strong season since, finishing within the top five in 10 out of 12 races. He is currently ranked fourth overall with 141 points.
Rekluse has enjoyed providing the Honda RedMoto Zanardo team with innovative clutch solutions and watching their progress this season. The series concludes the weekend of October 3-4 at the GP AMV of France.
